"" If you are looking to assist your child with their college journey, you should look no further than Emma. Emma took the stress off us as parents. We had our own ideas of what our son should do for college but those were all based upon our own experiences. Handing the baton over to Emma allowed us to relax but more importantly allowed our son to develop his own plan forward which had nothing to do with our preconceived notions. Had we not found Emma, I fear that our son would have chosen the path we wanted for him and would not have owned his own goals, his own plan. He is so content with the next steps in his college journey and we are so relieved. In short, Emma was a total win and we are so grateful for the support and guidance she gave our son every step of the way. Our son was able to work with Emma to meet all of his deadlines, to create essays that had real meaning for him, and we did not have to nag him along the way. Emma clearly saw our son as a real person and not as just a number. She took the time to get to know him, she went to one of his live shows, and she guided him to a plan that he could embrace. So appreciative!"

Emma is a fantastic college guidance coach! I highly recommend her.  She works well with high school students, explains what needs to be done, and how to move through the college application process. Emma is excellent at helping write the essays needed for applications.  Add sports into the mix, and Emma is a real blessing.  Emma started working with our son when he was a sophomore in high school, helping him to choose the right classes to get into the colleges he wanted to attend. She communicated with our son when he had no interest in speaking to his parents about colleges.  She would give us updates on where he was at in the process so we wouldn't worry. She was a blessing during a stressful time for my son and for us.  We couldn't have done this without her.  Thank you, Emma!

Graduation Day

"I could not have been more pleased with the work that Emma did with my student. The best part for me as a parent, was very little involvement or time needed from me personally. Emma managed all of this one on one with my student.  It was a great opportunity for my senior to own the process and make the most out of the time based on personal needs with some of the additional services like essay writing and networking training. Building these skills helped lead to being admitted to great schools like USC, Boston College, Villanova and more.  Thank you, Emma!"

We highly recommend Emma’s college counseling services.  She supported our son in writing essays that were a true reflection of who he is.  She took the stress off our son and our family in the application process.  The essays not only helped him with admission to elite colleges, but they also helped him earn several scholarships.  As a D1 athlete, she helped him to explore all the options before he chose which university he wanted to attend and to play for.   Emma was instrumental in his college application, essays and recruiting process.  We are so grateful for Emma and her services!

The college applications process these days is no joke. The anxiety around getting accepted at a top school threatened to consume our entire family. I'll be eternally grateful we found Emma! Our daughter is now enrolled in her second quarter at her dream school, and we owe Emma a heap of credit for helping us all to stay sane, realistic and focused. When Emma stepped in as an informative guide, my husband and I were able to disengage a bit, which allowed our daughter to take the reins. Our then high school senior felt empowered to meet important deadlines and we didn't have to constantly pester her! It was especially comforting to have Emma green-light our daughter's essays, because we knew she had experience with what works to "hook" admissions officers. It was so reassuring to have Emma on our team that we'll be hiring her again for our son.
